Ms. Monisha Nair from MGM medical college, Kamote attended TNHRT(Training New Human Rights Trainer) training at Evora, Portugal from 5th-9th September 2016. My trainers we’re Hana Awil and Majko Sedlak. The ANEM PorMSIC organizing committee put tremendous amount of effort into making this event worth attending. Every moment of the training from the training sessions to the wrap up was spectacular. The social programs and National Food and Drinks party and the tour and everything just helped us get closer to each other and create an unbreakable bond. The issues introduced during the training from human rights violations in each country to population on the move totally changed my opinion of the world and its people. The training has motivated me to take up the decision, to be part of doctors without borders (MSF) someday. Every moment I lived there is just like a summer dream, the one which I never wanted to be awaken from. My heart bleeds green for all the people out there in need to of help. I believe that after the training, I am now equipped with the required skills and have met many people who could help me bring about good change in this world. I believe I could try to be the light to many who I may encounter, searching for it. Thank you MSAI for giving me this opportunity. Let’s brighten up this world together.
